If there's no response for 90 days, we send a final confirmation email. Only if there's still no response after 30 more days do we execute deletion. No notification is sent. Family and third parties are never contacted.

SNSアカウントは本人が亡くなった後、どうなりますか？
何も手続きをしなければ、X（旧Twitter）・Instagram・TikTokなどのSNSアカウントはそのまま残り続けます。過去の投稿・DM・フォロー関係も削除されません。遺族や知人がアクセスする可能性があるほか、アカウントが乗っ取り被害に遭うケースもあります。

生存確認メールへの応答期間は合計90日間あります（最初の確認から60日後に再確認メールを送信）。旅行・入院前に応答しておくか、マイページから確認期間を延長できます。
パスワードを変更した場合は？
マイページからいつでも登録情報を更新できます。パスワードを変更した際は速やかに更新することをお勧めします。
本当に削除されますか？SNS側の制限はありますか？
各サービスの削除・退会手続きに準じて実行します。二段階認証の設定状況によっては削除が困難な場合がありますが、その場合も個別のご連絡は行いません。
解約はいつでもできますか？
はい、マイページからいつでも解約できます。解約後は登録情報を完全削除します。また、削除実行後は自動で解約・課金停止となります。
法的に問題はありませんか？
本サービスへの登録は、ご本人から当社への認証情報の委任です。登録時の同意チェックボックスで本人の明示的な委任を確認しており、不正アクセス禁止法の適用外となる設計です。詳細は利用規約をご確認ください。
